1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

  • During high-demand seasons (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

If we experience delays, you will be notified via email.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Europe (selected countries)

  • USA & Canada

  • Australia & New Zealand

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days


Europe

  • Standard International: 5–10 business days

  • Tracked / Priority International: 4–7 business days


USA / Canada

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days

  • Priority Tracked: 5–10 business days


Australia / New Zealand

  • Standard International: 10–18 business days

  • Priority Tracked: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unexpected circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method

  • Order weight & size

We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (if selected at checkout)

You can track your parcel anytime through the courier's tracking link.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside UK):

  • Customs fees, VAT, or import duties may apply.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import fees.

Customs processing may also delay delivery times.


7. Wrong Address or Delivery Failure

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee if the package is returned and needs to be re-shipped.

  • Please double-check your address before submitting your order.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

  • Vanity Muse is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they are marked “Delivered” by the courier.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

We will assist you with a replacement or solution.


9. Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item:

  • The entire order ships together once the pre-order item becomes available.

  • If you want separate shipping, please place separate orders.
