1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for return.

  • Certain items such as personal care, cosmetics, skincare, beauty tools, and intimate products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund will be given through store credit or original payment method, depending on your case.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a wrong or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.
