Return and exchange policy

1. The goods can be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances

When applying for a return or exchange, please be sure to take a picture first and then contact our customer service staff for negotiation and processing. If it is determined by our company that it is indeed a quality problem, the freight incurred will be borne by our company. Our company refuses to accept the delivery. Please help us advance the freight first. We will directly pay the freight incurred by Alipay to your designated Alipay account. 2. No returns or exchanges will be made under the following circumstances

2. Man-made defects, product color difference, slow logistics, and poor service attitude of logistics companies.

4. The colors of the before and after shipments are different. Since each batch is different, it is difficult to ensure that the colors of the products are exactly the same as the previous batch.

5. I don't want to sell it, it's not easy to sell, it can't be sold, I was caught by the urban management, and I can't sell it, etc.
